We strive to provide the ultimate experience to each client and ask that you respect our spa. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
COVID-19 MANDATES for SPA
Please bring, and wear, your mask while inside the spa (optional)
Please DO NOT enter the spa any earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment!
Please do not bring guests to your appointment (They will be required to wait in the vehicle!)
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. If the service provider is late you will be compensated for your time.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged half the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. With Groupon's and other discounts options the "full" amount will be due.
You will be charged the full amount for your “missed” appointment.

If you have visited our spa on a Groupon or third party discount option, please take advantage of our in-house health and wellness plans. You will not be able to use a Groupon for any further bookings. The Groupon options are available to first time visitors only.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DIFFERENCE OF THE GROUPON IF YOU ARE NOT A FIRST TIME VISITOR.
